Don’t worry – when you contact us we won’t give you the hard-sell or some spiel about how awesome our services are (which they are!) we’re hoping that will be apparent from the rockstar reviews we’ve had.

Why should I use a travel planner?

What restrictions are on your services?

Ok, so there are a few things we do not offer:

Visa applications

We do not offer visa applications. We’ll happily give you all of the information you need to know about what travel visa you need for your situation, but we stop short of making the application for you. It wouldn’t feel right to charge you for a service, when we cannot offer a guarantee that your visa application will be successful.

How do I know whether my money is safe?

It’s only natural to be cautious about spending money on a boutique company when there are so many larger corporations and international travel agencies out there.

Sure, our services look great, we throw in a few little extras, but how do you know whether we can be trusted? How do you know that you’ll get what you pay for?

Difference between travel planning & accommodation/visa research service

The accommodation and visa research services are very specific.

If you’ve already got the rest of your trip figured out, but you’re still confused and overwhelmed by all of the different accommodation options and are struggling to find a good deal on your accommodation.

On this service alone, you could save 50% on the cost of your accommodation.

How much is the tour booking service?

This really depends upon the type of service you are booking and your requirements. But if you book one of our affiliate tours, there is no cost.

For flights, transportation, accommodation, etc the cost is between £20-£49 depending upon how complex your journey is.

Why don’t you publish the price of your accommodation/transport bookings service?

The price of booking your trip really depends upon the complexity of your journey.

For example, if you are a large group of 10 people, with slightly different requirements, and you are travelling to many different countries, the price will naturally be more expensive.

This is because there are more flights, accommodation and other services to book.

Generally, we charge a small fee of £50 for our booking services. If we cannot save you more than £150 through our affiliate deals and offers, that fee drops significantly.

You’ll always get more value than you would get if you simply booked by yourself. That’s a guarantee.
